Recreational Activities at Victoria Manor Retirement Home in Amherst

Staying active is important to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. At Victoria Manor Retirement Home, we aim to keep our residents engaged with stimulating activities that will keep their minds sharp and allow them to exercise their muscles. Our recreational activities director develops fun social activities to help the residents build relationships with other residents in the home, as well as gives them something to look forward to on a daily basis. Sometimes the activities include games, movies, walks, events or outings. Our recreational activity sessions are always supervised by staff and take into consideration each resident’s limitations.
